The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a collaborative team of teachers, parents, students and administrators who develop strategic educational plans for their school. Part of our mission includes ensuring adequate access to the resources necessary for implementing team goals. All of our meetings this year will take place on Wednesdays via ZOOM from 6:00pm – 6:55pm.
Each meeting will end with a 5 minute presentation from a member of the teaching staff at Celia Cruz
- Provide ongoing evaluations of a school’s educational programs and their impact on student achievement.
- Play an important role in school-based decision-making
- Help to make school cultures more collaborative.
