Dora Morse was born and raised in Southern California. They attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a double BA in English and Black Studies. Before attending The City College of NY and receiving a MA in Education, cum laude, they worked in a small production studio in Hollywood, CA developing advertising for television and film. Morse has worked in the Bronx for 14 years, teaching English Language Arts and various elective courses. Currently teaching ELA Honors, AP Language and AP Literature.
