Mr. Blanco has been a math teacher in New York City since 2001. He also has been an adjunct professor at Hostos Community College since 2004. As an immigrant from The Dominican Republic, he knows the struggles immigrant students have to go through. His goal is that every student in his class passes both the class and the state test.
